You can call the Accorplus number and ask them to check I did the same and it was available for the hotel and dates then I purchased.

It won't count for milestones. You will get a normal 2 per 100 upto 1000 EM

Hello all, apparently the price of Accor Plus Explorer is 12744 now. I paid 14544 10 days back.

I recently stayed in Novotel blr and was able to burn 3000 points for ~5400.

You can call Accor Plus and ask them to check. I did the same and it was available so I purchased immediately and got my stay plus and other voucher in ~4 hours. Than I booked the property I wanted using stay plus.

You mean 2nd-3rd March right? In this case, you can check whether Stay Plus is available on that date or not.

It says 60 days from the day 3L spend was hit but I got 2.5k EM in 5 days.
