Yes. It is working fine for me after I requested a new card with different number from CC. They blocked the old card and new was generated in 24 hours. For all those who are Facing hard declines , this is the only remaining option.

I tried manually entering the card again. Did not work. As for deleting token , I think my card is not tokenised yet. And the process to tokenise is not working at Amazon at present. Can you enumerate steps to “delete the card from saved tokens”

No I think the issue is specific to Amazon website and is not related to Amazon pay ICICI card
