    yes they will charge you the replacement fees. its not instant while applying for the card instead they will debit it later anytime. in my case they charged me after 1 month of issuing the card.

    Yes they try to apply the card but unable to find the option in there system.. So its clear rupay platinum is not available for mine accounts

    I also have the mine account with mine visa card, i have tried a lot for rupay platinum card but i don't get the rupay card. So for rupay card in icici you need to have the normal savings account Rather than mine.
