I recently got a Rupay Select Debit Card from BOB, They said they will charge 199 per year, but as my salary account is with them, they waived off that charge.

I would suggest if you want to open an account in Public Limited Bank then go with Bob or else if your maid has a basic smartphone with internet then you can use Bank on Fi or any other neo bank.

These are personal loans not a credit card limit, which you can use with HDFC to buy now and pay later. The Max Limit that I have seen that a person can get is 20K only.
