It can take upto 4 weeks from card issuance. The error is because the coupon issuing company gets the list of phone numbers from Axis as an offline process every x days. Wait for the 4 week period and it will automatically work. I had faced the same issue. If 4 weeks have already passed, then...

What I got from the thrive helpline was that they get numbers from Axis after a period which is when they are added to the thrive system. Max days as per the person I talked to was 6 days.

Went seamless in Cred though the charges were 1.62%. Redgiraffe doesn't support Axis Cards anymore. I was trying to register yesterday and didn't see it. Then received a call asking why I didn't register so I said Axis is not supported and the lady on the phone agreed.
