I believe this conversation should be put to rest now and not be brought up again. It's a 1000% calendar month for accelerated points!

Okay. If the View-CVV section only includes the current statement, then it's confirmed calendar month 1000% for accelerated points. The rewards match my calculations based on that.

Why would joining bonus be counted towards monthly capping? It's only for accelerated rewards.

Why is the closing balance equal to Earned during the Month then? Shouldn't it be opening balance + Earned during the Month?

This is my CVV section. What does it mean by redeemed points? I didn't redeem any points. Also, how does it show 27.8K for earned during the month? Isn't there a cap of 18K points? Maybe they credited the joining bonus points? Not able to understand this.
