Have you saved your card details on Smartbuy/gyftr? If yes, don't select the saved card instead enter manually, it should go. i was facing the same issue with DCB, after manual entry the transaction is successful

I opened an IOB A/C for inward remittance and requested for Rupay select Debit card, they issued easily with MAB of INR 1000/- ( that too cause i requested for cheque book), same should be the case with BOB as well.
