I have PVC infinia ltf and I applied for an addon cards two days back and today I received the new design infinia ( same as metal but except it's a PVC) . I believe if we ask for a replacement then we get the new one but not the metal one

Hello all, I was randomly checking the approx miles needed in Singapore / Qatar airways for one way ticket from Kochi to LAX . KrisFlyer shows 85,000 miles for this and Avios needed in Qatar is 42500 for oneway. Is this the way to calculate or am I missing something here? I am new to this...

I tried for closing the card and the retention team credited 1000Rs to continue with my card. The card annual fee due is in January . It’s a useless card with 500 annual fee and I just have 85k limit .

I sent an email for LTF on July 19 and Aug 4th it got approved. But I had to send couple of emails in between asking the status and sharing the ITR

I had the eterna issued around one year back and this year I sent an email for LtF sharing the ITR and salary slips and it’s LTF now 😎

I used to add it with my amex gold and rewards card. Now the only option left is to buy gift vouchers and to add it to amazon pay balance.
