    I too opened privilege account via imobile which was successfully opened . Later received same cibil hard enquiry. So , raised a dispute in cibil and complained to icici PNO. Got the cibil enquiry removed in 15 days.

    Got it resolved today. Cibil enquiry removed A couple of conversations with PNO , ICICI followed it and called me twice. Asked for latest cibil report. Done in 14 days.
