okay so after 11 months of card activation.. I can close my card so another ₹590 will not be charged right? Asking only incase if I don't reach 2L spends

I got charged ₹590 with the name as Annual fee on first month statement, is it actually joining fee or annual fee only? If it's Annual fee, means there would be no joining fee charges for me?

it has been already more than 2 months I got the card but haven't received the other 500 gv yet from Myntra. Did first transaction on Jan 29th.

Out of ₹1000, I received ₹500 gv from Kotak but not from Myntra yet, please help how should I report the issue? btw. in app it still shows Resume button for the application (indicating I haven't completed the application yet) but I initiated the application and completed from Myntra app only.

my card got approved and dispatched on 23rd Jan, will get the card today delivered. Any idea how long it takes for Kotak to send gv after performing first transaction? and does Myntra credit their ₹500 after Kotak i.e. after first tx or before also they can credit in account?
