Billing date does not matter. Txn date does. Would suggest you call and mail them both with proof of txn. Include your Flipkart Order ID also so there isn't back and forth over that.

Followed all. Problem is when I got to the Flipkart page, to order, I right clicked and opened product page in another window and completed order there. This might have been my screw up, but such a loophole should not exist in their system.

Grabdeals Points are called at 10k per card. Doesn't matter which merchant or combination of merchants you use. Reserve can fetch you 10k and Magnus 10k.
