Checked with customer care, they informed that it's an on going issue and some of them are affected and the work is in progress to fix the issue and failed to provide any turn around time. God know when they will fix this, cuz last I recieved Rewards was in month of April.

When does the earned points, get redeemable? Is it instant or do I need to wait for some period I have earned 7333 points this month, previously had 1667 in my balance It's shows total points 8998, but 1667 are redeemable
