Yes they have started to roll out this feature lately. My brother was able to link his Octane add-on card on gpay & use it for UPI transactions successfully

It hasn't been actually deducted. For some reason it's reflected as a debit transaction in unbilled. I have also experienced the same Wait for the transactions (both ₹239 & ₹114) to get settled. After that it will be updated correctly to ₹239 as debit & ₹114 as credit

Was your complaint resolved by the RBI? If yes, did u get any compensation?
