Yea, I think you also get less rewards on Rupay spends, 5% vs 10% for VISA. It showed during Rupay card application but can't find it now.

You can also get lounge access now by either spending 10k on VISA or 15k on Rupay Card.

Yea it takes 24-48 hours to get the Virtual Card. 1 week for the physical.

I had applied and received this last week with ~3 lakh limit. Already had a Onecard with Federal of 1 lakh limit. Did not have to do any new KYC.
