Update: The solution is to match the account names on both Amex and Partner end. They should match exactly.
I had a minor difference at Amex end. Once I updated that, transfers went through for both partners.
Nope. Still haven't been able to add.
Reaching out to Amex on Twitter also didn't pan out. They took the request, but concluded that nothing is wrong on their end and asked to reach out directly to Marriott and Emirates :rolleyes:.
I have a Magnus card and it's corresponding PP. Recently, I lost the Magnus card and issued a replacement request for it. Along with the replacement Magnus, I also got a new PP card in the kit.
Now, what will be the status of the old PP that was issued with the old Magnus card?
