Call the customer care and ask for duplicate statement. If bill is generated on 15th and definitely statement was generated at there end but some delay in delivering.

I received statement on 19th Aug 8am on email and billing date is 15th.

One more question, did you applied offline via some agent or online? in general which method has smoothest process?

Also do we continue to be Vistara silver tier member as long as we hold sbi card for is it for first year only?
