I applied last week and got it today. When I went the staff asked to call the customer care to get it issued. I said I need the variant that can only be issued by a branch. Later they went ahead and received the application. I could see the card in app in 3 days

Even I had 21 cards at one point in time. Utilisation not greater than 2%. Only SBI rejected. the customer care told me I had too many cards. I closed some and then applied. Got it approved. Only a few banks look for over leverage. SBI is one of them and I found some had same issue with Canara...
