Hi, I have 2000 Idfc debit card reward points. When I am trying to redeem that, even for 50 Rs Swiggy voucher , The system is taking only 26 points and telling me to pay 43.5 Rs. Is this expected behaviour? If this is normal, I see IDFC rewards will compete with cred for least usefull points...

Happens many times for many, many months. Try doing transactions around 50-54k. 1st one will fail, and you will get a call. Try the next day. It should work fine.

I paid advance bills for most of the expenses coming in the next few months. I spent all the 7 lakh using the new burgundy Magnus Mastercard. Still, points are in the normal bucket.

I received the points for Aug mile stone and 7 lakh spent in the standard bucket. Somehow I have around 2k points in the Magnus bucket. Now If I try to do a transfer it shows that I can transfer only 2k points. Don't understand what is going on.

I spent more than 7+ lakh in a month on a new burgundy Magnus card. The reward rate is now max around 14.8% which is way lower than what we used to get. :-(

Depends on the transfer amount, but they offer better rates for HNI customers. Overall, it was good experience.
