If cc bill comes 10001 INR then can i pay it in sum of 5000 and 5001 separately or do i need to pay in single transaction Rs. 10001? And to be safe, i want to pay 100 rs more, so if bill is 10001 then paying 10101 is fine right? New with credit cards, so wanted to ask this.

Got my axis ace cc 10 days back, performed several transactions on GPay, amazon, PayTM etc. Did not receive any sms stating that your last transaction is eligible for 5% cashback. Talked to customer care, they said dont worry you will get cashback in statement. Any suggestion on what to do?
