you will get options activated for applying other cards after sometime...for me I got my select card and it took a year to get my magnus option...whereas I got my ace option immediately after getting my magnus.

I had got my BOB eterna this month. I heard sbi checks for the cibil entries for 6 months and one can't apply for a card with sbi if they have been issued a card in last 6 months. is that true? when can I apply for a card. was interested in the cashback card.

keep sending emails, escalation to icici till your issue is resolved. it may take more than 2 months. try all possible channels (emails, twitter etc) till your case is addressed. I am afraid you are stuck with your current levels for the next few months....good if icici rectifies it earlier...
