    Horrible customer service. I asked for MasterCard to Rupay, they say MasterCard to Visa conversion not possible. In a call they mentioned that MasterCard to Rupay is also not possible. :(

    @ashwink : Is it possible to convert existing Regalia MasterCard to Rupay variant? Called customer care, they are saying no such option.

    I wanted to apply for PNB rupay platinum credit card for UPI purpose. Their online portal gives an error of PAN vs Aadhaar name mismatch which is obvious with most of us. What is the alternate way to apply PNB credit card?
