I am in the same boat. However, I see the option to purchase it at a price - ₹999 + 18% GST and not for free like many have got until 15 April at least.
Mine got rejected, stating I either don't meet the income / CIBIL criteria. My accounts have always been in good standing and even Kotak shows a pre-approved personal loan of 6L and home loan of 1.8 crores. :mad:
Looks like their backend is still broken. Even after 24 hours, my application is untraceable on https://www.kotak.com/en/transaction-services/track-application.html. Tried application form number, mobile number/DOB etc. Neither did I receive the application form PDF as mentioned in the SMS.
I applied for a League Platinum for zero fees. An application number got generated but it cannot be used to track the status. Neither can I track the application with mobile number / DOB. The SMS promised an update in two days - have to see how it goes.
Unfortunately, nothing. SBI Card kind of accepted the issue but there was no compensation since the issue was notified to them after 60 days or so when they expect it to be done in 30 days or lesser of statement generation. My friend being a busy guy did not follow up later.
It's not worth the cashback and tension when it does not work. I won't bother repurchasing these vouchers. Further, I don't understand why the max denomination is only ₹1000. Pump guys won't be excited to enter multiple 16-digit codes to redeem against full-tank fuel.
I decided to try today itself and approached another fuel pump with confidence. While they had an idea, I guided them to the right option and gave the PIN instead of card number. I could use up ₹1000 in one attempt. I don't know if entering it within 60 seconds made the difference or it was some...
When autopay is set up for a credit card when does the amount get debited? The thing is I have auto-debit enabled for cards either through mandate or net banking for non-HDFC cards and don't want to see double debits happening.
