What was the problem with AU if I may ask?

Yea maybe in the long run they will merge both the banks anyways AU bank has great products and services along with a prompt customer service as per my experience. Better than some of the bigger banks so hoping they grow bigger and keep on with this excellent service.

I think fincare savings account will remain as is just that I got a message from them saying will get monthly interest rest everything might stay the way it is.

Yes will do that as far as I know my kyc had no issues so I don't really know what was the problem hope they have a good reason.

Yes I am from Mumbai so expecting in 3 to 4 days as well so after they approve the verification no other steps right I should get the virtual card instantly right?

Yes but many people are facing this verification issue as it's taking alot of time maybe due to weekend as I did my vkyc on Saturday.
