No HP pay coins for direct fastage sale transactions.

Every pump has this machine. You can ask them for HP machine or HP Drivetrack plus machine. Usually they keep this machine in office room. Also most of the HP Pumps are displaying the Drivetrack plus poster or a small hoarding of Drivetrack plus Card.

If you're getting OTP, then fuel transactions must be enabled. You can still check that under Tag summary after logging into the ICICI fastag portal(https://fastaglogin.icicibank.com/CUSTLOGIN/Default.aspx). you need to login using Username, as login through mobile number has limited options.

Yes. Multiple time I had issues with HP pay app getting hung and delayed response leading to OTP expiry. With this option, one just need the phone for the OTP and everything else is done at the HP DTplus machine

I was able to use Fastag as payment at HP bunk on 08th July. Not through HP pay, but through Fastag sale from homepage of Drivetrack plus machine.

I just checked with GyFTR customer care and they did confirm that hp pay wallet expiry is same as GV validity. They acknowledged this issue of GV with 5-7 days validity and assured to provide a solution in 24-48 hours

Thanks for the confirmation. I did come across a tweet in X where in a user has shared a mail screenshot from GyFTR customer care team confirming hppay wallet validity to be same as that GV validity. Hence the confusion
