Same here, didn't go through. Gave them HDFC Regalia with 6.5 L and also salary slips with account statements. My Select card had 2.75 L, they just increased its limit to 4.5 L and said that to upgrade to Wealth I will need a limit of 5 L on Select card. God knows why do they have different rules.

I tried applying for upgrade to Wealth from Select (2.5 L limit) by giving them income doc's as well as another card of 6.5 L limit. But they declined outright. Maybe because my IDFC card is just 4 months old. Was wondering what is the way to get hold of Wealth CC.

Tried applying for limit Enhancement on SBI simplyclick card today. But they outrightly declined saying that I already have the maximum limit they can offer. When in reality, SBI has half the limit I have with HDFC.

BOB declines any limit Enhancement request before completion of 1 year of card usage. Quite strange. And this is the only card which has one of the lowest limit.
