Don't know whom to blame. I was trying open an BOM account. . But stuck with entered name and PAN name mismatch. This issue I am getting for the first time. My pan name and entered name are same but idk the branch is high on w**d it seems.

Actually their grievance portal was shit when I complaint. I did not get any response for a long time. Better you complaint to PNO and RBIO.

Lodge a complaint in ombudsman if they are taking more time to process..
