This 2 lacs includes both TE bookings and bookings on other Hotels and Airlines, including intermiles.

Anyone getting 2EMs should check whether they have exhausted the 2lac limit. From Apr 20th, only 2 lacs worth of bookings (each month) for hotel and flights give 5em and any amount over it will give 2 EM.

I have also transited through SIN 3 times in the last one yr. You don't require visa as long as you stay air side and catch your next flight.
