It never failed by cred and didn't take much time that's why i recharged via cred but what should i do now

It has been 7 days i recharged my brother's fastag with cred and though it's showing successful it's not credited to fastag account and i shared the statement again & again they are not heloing me and denying... Didn't get any support from cred can you please help me

Facing issue in uploading the documents continuously showing popup internal server error.

Don't know why it is got rejected it is just horrible....first time i got a rejection for credit card from a bank😪🤣
