Plat travel is the best card I have since it gives me 48k points for an annual spends of 4 lacs. But I also love the MRCC for 24k points. So it actually depends on your spends and use case. In my opinion, one should have both the cards.

Does doing frequent chargebacks with Amex create any trouble? I read in another post on TF that one guy did 3 chargebacks in a short period of time. He won the CBs but his credit limit was reduced and Amex initiated a FR (Financial Review) on his account. I have done my decent share of CBs...

For paying Amex CC bills, CRED now asks to pay directly to amex's UPI id ( AEBCxxxxxxxxxxxx@SC ). I did that and paid via axis account. It shows the same "UPI/P2M/xxxxxx/American Express" description in the axis account statement. Hope this will get counted towards the 60k/quarter spends.

Oh right. Once I bought Amazon gc worth 90k in a month after which the option disappeared. But I checked with a couple of friends who had never bought Amazon gc through their account and the credit card option was not visible for them too. So I assumed that removed it for all.

As far as I know , you can’t buy Amazon pay vouchers using credit card on Amazon. Correct me if I am wrong. I see only dc and netbsnlonb ax payment methods for buying Amazon gc.
