I want to add up something...multiple times i had used swiggy HDFC CC on Smartbuy to buy train tickets in IRCTC...there as usual 5% cashback applies but in swiggy u can get 6% cashback..(5% usual+ 1% base cashback). Hope someone may find it useful. Thanks😀

Recently happened with me and got limit of 15K only.. I just raised complaint to close the card via email.... Call came from backend team but they cannot make it LTF . I told them to close the card... Then their retention team called me up and made the card LTF. And gave me two options either...

If only accuracy is the priority then I would suggest Galaxy watch 3 but if battery life also counts then its better to go with amazfit .

Bro same happened to me nd they reveresed late charges but they also told me it will not be reflected in cibil cz of my request but unfortunately it got reported nd cibil went down from 778 to 738 in one blow ... Already there has been devaluation on lounge access of DCP( down from 12 to 8), but they have introduced BOGO offer as compensation, but its not so drastic nd strict like what they have done with the regalia.. they almost killed this lovable dream card.

That was the offering from their side.. I didn't gave any documents to increase the limit. I Guess my spending on their card may be the cause. But right now after 2 yrs of that increase its stuck at that limit and their is no LE further .

They didn't increse my limit of 80k well after 10 mnths , i had given them my salary details etc still they told me its not possible within 1 yr and then i opened a savings account of AMB 10k and FD of 1.1 lkh, still that didn't help and ultimately i closed the card hoping for a better card way...

I In that case if you choose to close that card then pls contact them as most banks reverse the joining charges on closing within a few months.. hence do that then close the card.

While i had paid rubyx card for 1.5 yrs i tried using amex and MC variant seperately on BBD sale and they both offered discounts independently...so a double benefit for these card holders...
