Sheung Wan though centrally located is costlier as compared to North Point. If adding 10 mins of commute daily is fine for you then go for North Point.

In Regalia there is no Cross Currency conversion charges and you can load in USD and spend in any currency without markup and since loading USD is cheapest hence Regalia is the best choice which gives flexibility and VFM.

No I didnt face any such issue. Went smooth.
