That was quick!!!! I placed card closer request on 8:00am today and within 12hrs card is closed permanently. Now what is the cooling time to reapply or should I use different mobile number and change it latter on after receiving the card?

I am trying to place request form app but it shows error occurred while processing you request please close the app and retry " since past few days. And after closing is it ok to reapply with same number or do I have to use another number compulsory?

What is the procedure to close the card? I had emailed them for closing the card 3 days back on creditcard@idfcfirstbank.com but haven't received any reply yet even though they need to reply within 2 working days. I tried to close the card from idfc bank application but it is not going through...
