Due to their recent system upgrade, they made the wrong late payment & interest was charged, I just called, Customer care, and they will be removing this within 24 hours or so, Such a third-class server upgrade process

Still not working,trying every hour with removing and add the card but it not working at all today

I applied for rupay league CC but no tracking information yet for my application, I checked with Cust care they are also telling once tracking details show something only they can update it, I told them why I need to call you guys if tracking details started showing to me itself. Pathetic...

They are saying its an invitation-based only, not everybody can apply for this. I got this response verbally as well as in writing from them.

Just applied now, and it used to not apply to my second card at the Kotak bank website. I got an email my credit application is on hold, will receive a consent link via SMS for accepting after it is sub on an approval basis. But received any such SMS till now :(

Is anyone successfully got this card? I have sent the email to Kotak team , they are just providing random responses to the sent email. Kindly let me know how to get this card.

There might be some technical glitch. My transactions went perfectly fine
