Wont they charge me if i apply for 2nd Debit card from App ? My app is operational , but in Manage debit card section i could see only Ruapy Platinum Debit Card visible , card is not activated though as i have not set PIN yet , I not able to find the option to apply for a new debit card.

They already applied rupay platinum and its reflecting in my Canara App, account was opened on Friday. Should i block the existing card and then apply for a new card or should i close the account and open a new account and follow the process you mentioned.

You mean open the HNI account via branch visit , get rupay select DC and then again visit the branch to downgrade the account ? or account downgrade can be done online ?
