Got LE today bob premier from 97K to 129K

I am getting this options in bob app , which is best of the two, ease my trip or rupay select , kindly elaborate

In netbanking it's showing annual fee 2500

I am getting this offer as if current card is LTF ,Regalia card will be LTF , Confusing conditions, currently I have Millennia LTF

Yes , went to nearest bank & BM asked me to do re Kyc & submitted a letter that transactions were done within my own accounts

I think u should visit the bank from where msgs r sent & should give written complaint, may be u can get customer details from bank if u visit

Bank will not take action, the customer who has linked ur mobile no to his account he should change , may be the customer was using ur no previously, due to non usage his number might have disconnected & got back into system & u took the number , imo

I also got upgrade mail from preferred to imperia but no upgrade option to click ,I also clicked next time
