People are able to transfer miles from travel edge. So it doesnt look like transfer is impacted because of miles downtime. We can infer from this that issue will not be resolved even after 17th July as traveledge and downtime are not corelated to each other. Axis is such a shit show!

Everyone are clueless about it. Even Axis Bank guys are just asking for "5 working days" time to get back. This 5 days thing got extended twice until now. Seriously considering now to close the card and shift all major spends to Infinia.
Once the first transfer is intiated, for second transefer i am facing 4549 error. The solution didnt help! Looks like it is working for some lucky individuals.
Welcome to the Club! :ROFLMAO:. Now raise a ticket and call CC executive to escalate the ticket by sharing reference number. Keep calling them once a day (in my experience it takes 3 days to take action on it) until one fine day it will allow to redeem miles! Once you redeem miles again repeat...
Have been struggling with this issue along with 4549 error since two weeks. As per CC executive of traveledge this is an issue from Axis Bank side since last year December and they are trying to get it solved since then. When i contacted Axis Bank CC executive, as per them there is no issue...
No resolution on this yet. Have raised almost 8 tickets until now but same response from CC guys "Many people are facing this error and it has been reported to backend team". There is no escalation matrix they follow and we just have to keep on raising request and wait until they solve the...
Looks like it. However have come across an interesting thing that we an raise a manual request too to redeem miles. The process of internal approval seems very long as per CC guy but giving it a try. Will update if it is successful.
