Same is happening with me. These banks like Kotak and Axis are just cheating customers. I have already made a complaint. Will wait and see.

How did you guys confirm that it's 3 years free? I wrote a mail to Kotak to confirm the same and they are not ready to accept it. I got a call to activate the card and he is saying IF you have applied through Kotak it will be free. But no one is confirming it. It has been 2 weeks now.

I was shown this card free for first 3 years and got the card approved. Just to check for the charges on the card I wrote to customer care and they are saying it’s a chargeable card. I have responded back to them with the screenshots of TnC while applying. Has anyone else faced the same issue?
