Should I accept this pre-approved offers or wait for other offer ?. Do I get option to downgrade to Indian oil card ?

I am not running any business but i got pre-approved hdfc business money back credit card but i only have limited spends hence wish to go for personal card only. Should I take this offer and go for converting to other personal card later or simply wait more time to get other pre-approved card

1. I pay some amount before bill date. Will those spend considered under annual fee waiver ? 2. Is there any easy method to know total amount spent from a credit card specific period other than examining the statement?.
