Update: Nodal officer acknowledged the mistake by CC team and re-processed application. Now I can see Master card and Amex variant reflecting in iMobile app. Card will be dispatched within 7 days.

Yes asked for Rupay but they mentioned Visa pathetic BOB customer care. I again replied to issue me Rupay. Already using Tata Neu Infinity HDFC card for UP payments. So this would add as backup for UPI.

Update: Since they are unable to offer Eterna as LTF, I have asked to downgrade the card to Premier LTF. They declined saying that I need to open FD in order to downgrade to Premier LTF. I immedialy escalated the issue to Level-2 escalations@bobfinancial.com saying that I would be closing Eterna...
