I would suggest you to try again once and follow the hierarchy , raise to priority redressal and when they deny , quote the request # to PNO and mention how it was insensitive and not a fair review. FYI This worked for someone on reddit before Ishop

if that's possible then surely wait for the spend criteria to be fulfilled as you already meet the CL criteria , and hopefully someone other then Bhanu should take your case or you can also go through with RM at that point.

Basically , I did not mention how much my spend was exactly , i just focused on my relations with bank and its time they should value it. 😂

I don't think there was ever a case where someone asked for an upgrade and got either decreased credit limit or impacted credit score. I won't worry about that.

if you are able to increase the spends then I don't think Salary slips and ITR would matter, you yourself had confirmed this I guess. They are probably just asking as part of the process to check for multiple parameters.

Where are you seeing they agreed for the upgrade ? They are just reviewing , I wish they had already approved it. Don't jinx it man
