They send printed copy of invoice with the product it’s of full amount.

I guess there must be 2 different billings in Jan so max 15K reward points is not on calendar month basis but on statement cycle basis.

this is to the point, I have heard from someone also got charged like this because of Lounge staff has added guest instead of self swipe... he has brought up this issue with HDFC infinia care and they have done reversal of fees in later months.

earlier we used to get 5X on 30% payment part even in Tanishq & Apple redemption, but they have stopped giving 5X since last June I guess, so only Flight redemption make sense now. for the sake of simplicity - I prefer Infinia for Apple redemption mostly & BizBlack for flights/Hotels
