    No.. only C2C works. But they are only interested to provide the card to Salaried people.

    You should have avoided giving the ITR. Ultimate requires minimum 24L income. Only C2C would have been the best approach.

    I too faced the same issue, but they had called me the next morning and the card got approved within a day! Try submitting the form multiple times though.
