Does Atlas give points for government spends like NPS?

On Mobikwik maximum limit is 20000, so maximum cashback is Rs. 200. Useless as I said. You are not allowed to do multiple transactions even on Mobilwik.

I dont see any platform allowing Credit Card payment through RBL Signature+ Debit Card. Cred, Paytm, Freecharge, Amazon have disabled credit card payment through Debit Cards. And Mobikwik only allowing maximum transaction of 20000. I feel this card is useless now.
