Update: received the money back in the account yesterday... Almost 25 days later... Raising complaint on Setu portal definitely didn't help.
I mailed bbps support, possibly that's the reason for refund. Gonna stay away from Canara Setu portal for lifetime.

got money yesterday.
After I sent email and submitted complaint, I got acknowledgement to my email after 3-4 calendar days that they are looking into it, and then got money after another 3-4 calendar days. In total they took exactly a week.
It looks like only Email to BBPS works!

Tried paying SBI card payment of 15k via HDFC debit card and it showed failed payment. But amount deducted and now it shows status as payment success but not credited to SBI. I have raised a complaint on the setu portal. When can I expect to get the money back?

Unlikely that there is even a support team for Canara/Setu.
Please send email to BBPS support with txn number and ask them to send back your money.

Finally got refund within 3 working days. Don't know which complaint worked. Complained on setu portal, npci mail as well as Bharat billpay twitter.

May be it is. But it doesn't work a lot of the time.
I waited for 10+ days , nothing happened, then sending email to BBPS support email addresses worked.

Actually setu portal complaint status showing resolved and refunded that's why I thought the complaint worked 😕

Yes I have received refund within 1 week of complaint. So raising complaint on bbps helps

Complaining on their canara setu portal doesn't do anything..only bbps complaint helps
