Hey! I recently opened 2 Pioneer Accounts in IndusInd with initial funding of 10L in EACH. I got their Visa Infinite DC in the welcome kit.

How can I get it upgraded to the metal version? If anyone has any prior experience with this plz share.

just tell ur rm he can do it

else u need to go and get it issued from branch

rm says we can only apply after 3 months for metal dc, is he lying lol????

yes me instantly as soon as i got the kit i told for metal one got it if required put me with him on conference call ez

I received Plastic DC along with welcome kit. I asked RM to raise request for Metal DC and same I got within a month.

Change your rm or directly talk to bm

just keep the 10L and raise request once u get remove the balance ... btw if u don't maintain balance for long they will anyways downgrade it ?

We can’t raise request ourselves???? It has to be done via the RM

yes just go branch and talk if they can do directly from there ok

So even if you transfer to fd of 10lakh they will downgrade ? Asking if anyone has been downgraded ?

If its FD, then you need 30L. If savings- 10L.
No one really knows if you will be downgraded if you dont maintain it.

Recently got two exclusive accounts upgraded to Pioneer & received normal PVC Pioneer debit card in Welcome kit for both.
Requested RM to place request for Metal Debit card; she only required OTP to place the request and same day evening second Pioneer Debit Card Visa Infinite got issued and started reflecting on the app for both the accounts.

Waiting for Metal card delivery now.

Also both the Pioneer DC (PVC + Metal) along with existing Exclusive cards active & working now 🙂
