About Railway Lounge Access

I have three credit cards eligible for complimentary railway lounge access:

1. RuPay Coral
2. Rubyx AMEX
3. Rubyx MasterCard

I have a few questions:
1. Is there any spend requirement to qualify for complimentary access?
2. What exactly is included in the complimentary access (e.g., food, internet, etc.)?



UPDATE 01: I tried adding my Rubyx AMEX card to the DreamFolks site to check the details of the complimentary access. While I could successfully add the RuPay Coral and Rubyx MasterCard, the Rubyx AMEX card could not be added.

Does this mean only one Rubyx card (Mastercard) is supported, or can I use both for lounge access?


UPDATE 02: Tried to use Rubyx (American Express) for Complementary Lounge Access. Reception lady told me it's not eligible. Then used Rubyx MasterCard varient and it worked. So only MasterCard works.

UPDATE 03: SEALDAH IRCTC LOUNGE.
In the past one year I have visited Sealdah Longe multiple times. They provide a rail neer bottle , Coffee , and full meal or snacks depending on the time. They provide meal from 12:00 PM. You can choose from CHICKEN, VEG, EGG meal. But if you access the lounge in afternoon then they will provide snacks instead of meal. Overall, my experience has been good.

I used the same card yesterday in Chennai central, food is average, very minimal Dishes, bathroom and showers were there, asked for shower he said it needs extra payment, anyways ignored it, WiFi is ok, 👍 not that fast.

Food quality is okayish. Do not expect much and anything like airport lounges.... decent enough for like 200-300 rupees food

It depends on the specific lounge, if they have buffet or fixed meal.....

Even in buffet, the dishes are limited... like 4-5 cooked items (other than breads, sandwich, salads, papad, etc). [basis experience of delhi lounge]

Heheheh...... Yes, it is!
Tea/coffee is machine made (normal one) though!

Not sure about Railway lounge, but in Encalm lounge at Delhi airport for example, the buffet menu is different in the morning (breakfast menu), noon (lunch menu) and evening (dinner menu)

2 hr stay for swipe
If you have say 4 complimentary lounge
You can ask counter guy to Take 2 swipe in one go
So you can get 2+2 4 hr in total
Only one swipe is allowed in 24 hr in one lounge
For same card

Food for delhi railway lounge plat 1 & 16

Same like airport lounge
But but if you want non veg you can ask the lady / service guy . They will serve you at table but it won't be at the counter

No it's never like that in delhi

Specially 16 no
Has kick-ass couch on top floor

Food was almost similar on both

Old Delhi never tried because it wasn't open 24*7 as written more like day cafe with free food

earlier platform 1 was way above than platform 16, they might have revamped it

In my case (Sealdah) they didn't asked for anything. Not even PNR.
