How to Pay Amex CC Bill and get cashback

Hi, post this new BBPS restrictions, I am currently not able to pay Amex Credit card bill via HDFC Bill Pay. Can anyone suggest me an alternative payment gateway that still offers cashback on Credit card bill payments?
I have HDFC Visa Platinum DC, IndusInd Exclusive Visa & Master DC, and IDFC Wealth DC.

Tried Mobikwik to pay AMEX hoping to get the SBI September debit card offer of 5X reward points.

Asked SBI customer care for MCC, this is the reply they provided.

This is the standard reply they give always. Even they had replied the same thing to me. Push them saying branch ppl don't have any idea about MCC so u only have to provide. They will consider

you can use mobikwik but no cb possible afaik.

one way cud be to use debit card if zero fees to load amazon / payzapp wallet & use wallet upi to pay amex. not sure will work but justt an idea.

Can't pay Amex CC bill via Mobikwik anymore. Throws 'Card not supported' error.

Paid successfully on October 1. So no more fullpay cashback for amex as well.

It was confirmed in that post that paying on Amex website directly using the said card fetched reward points. Go through previous posts to know more.

If you have another amex card, you can pay that card and all customer support to transfer the balance
