I got my SBI card using referral in February. I was promised Rs 500 on successful approval and spending 500+ on the card. @vine . Have escalated till PNO regarding this. They had said issue will be solved by June 12.

I also got an addon card during this offer period and spent the required amount.

Got a text message with link for 500 amazon gift card. Not sure for which i got, as it says 'successful issuance of credit card to your referral'

I didn't refer anyone. Wanted to clarify if they mean the addon card as referral. Anyone else got it?

You got for the referral. I too got mine 2 days ago.
People here said it's very hard to get SBI to give vouchers. So I was annoyed.
When I first sent email to NO, I got reply in email that after 60 days we will get the voucher. I said 60 days already over. They said they are looking into it.
After 2 weeks, SBI NO casually closed my request.
I escalated to PNO. They called and said it's 90 days. I told them the whole story. PNO said they will get it by 12-june.
We both got the voucher on 12-june.

I escalated to PNO as well😅. Got mail that same will settled by June 12.

I am trying to apply sbi add on card but it is showing an error that unable to connect sbi card server.
This error coming continuously from last 24 days. I applies daily but same error. (Ss attached)

As per SBI, online process is only for 6-7 capital cities.
If online doesn't work, you need to
Approach a sbi branch or sbi card agent and submit a request.

Actually got an error when submitting an online request for an add-on card. When I raised a complaint with grievance redressal, this is the same reply I got in Jan 2024 till April 2024. I gave up after that.

"Currently Add-on applications are only accepted from following cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai (Limited PIN Codes covered)"
