Check if you have LTF NEO Rupay offer with AXIS CC & request for Consent SMS

Hi Guys and Gals

Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…

When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…

This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

Please check in an app once if it's LTF or not. If you didn't get virtual card yet, just go to apply now option again, screen will show recently applied card with charges.

My recently applied card was my zone ltf on mar 14. And it is showing there

Yaa card like magnus, atlas more useful for those who are into miles, etc. For me personally i find cashback cards more useful.

When I called Axis customer care two days ago he said that existing My Zone card will be closed if we apply for Neo Card.

Do u have 3 card ? Already

It shows from moment u give consent .
Just that u can't do transaction pre card Delivery

U can still see whole card details

Can you call them and confirm?

After getting the otp consent from customer the customer care executive have to issue the card from their end.

I guess you asked for the sms and disconnected the call and gave the consent after that. If this is the case there is no card issued.

The card would show on the app instantly. In fact customer care executive will also tell you the last four digit of the card if you ask

Got the comple picture now, I called them again and all the issues were sorted out..

1) DUring my first attempt , I got " something went worng error", because I used it on my Iphone.. The executive was very clever , he only mentioned that.
2) Now I did it on my laptopn on chrome, it went butter smooth..
3) My My zone card will still be there and this NEO RUpay LTF is in addition to My ZOne LTF..
4) Card is already showing up in the APP.
5) The executive told me the last 4 digits of my new card and I will receive it in a week , in practical terms..

All good and have fun..

My strong recommendation: Get this LTF card for those who want just a basic AXIS card.. the offer must be lying there for you. yo need to utilise it.. thats it.. its a simple call away.. No CIBIL HIT ....

For me, i called them once again, they said card request upgradation is taken, service number given, they are not being able to do instantaneously, that's why manual request is taken and service request number alloted, they have asked to wait. Anything needs to be done from my end?

Nothing... As I asked you before.. did you chceck your SR in the APP?

if you do this, it goes to a normal process of application .. cibil hit, evaluation and decision .. so there is a chance it can be rejected.

Just call CC and ask if there is any LTF pre apporved offer exists in your account..
Try first getting My zone and then later you can get the NEO RUpay like us here

Immedieately after your Myzone was approved , received and activated, try for Neo rupay like discussed above..
I asked the Cc guy, he said if the offer exists we can utilise this even in the next month as well.
So, it is not like it ends this FY... March31..
