Mobikwik wallet balance not showing in other apps

Have around 500 balance in mobikwik wallet from the 1% cc bill cb
The amt is showing correct in mobikwik, but in other apps like jio and zomato its showing 0.

i was hoping to do the 395 recharge for Jio from this balance, and that recharge is only available in jio app

You can use your Mobikwik zip prepaid card which is linked with your wallet to recharge in MyJio app.

Nope. It failed. Shows didn't got any response from bank.
But now noticed in the card page it showed 0 balance. But my actual wallet balance is showing in wallet page.

no idea if i have completed or not. i started using the initial stages and left as the cb was in the for of supercash. after ages i start using it for cc payment like last 2 to 3 months.

i tried doing kyc, but shows pan and aadhar name doesn't match

Is it in reality that AADHAR PAN name doesn't match or Mobikwik giving issues ?

no issues in any other places. my aadhar and pan are linked, i even filed itr last week.
my initals are expanded in pan, that's the only difference.

Do some utility bill payments from Mobikwik wallet and say bye bye to Mobikwik after that

Do some utility bill payments from Mobikwik wallet and say bye bye to Mobikwik after that

but its giving 1% cb for cc bills.
1% from mobikwik and 1% from hdfc dc.

anyway to solve the problem

Okay so consume ₹100 & ₹50 cashback which you get as soon as possible when you get. Don't compile them

Used an old version of mobkwik, transferred amt from Wallet to Paytm bank.
Wallet to bank transfer charge - 4.80
